iFunApps provides a collection of over 100 free, browser-based web applications and tools ("Service"). The Service is accessible through any modern web browser without requiring software installation.

Account creation is optional. Most features of iFunApps are available without an account. Accounts are provided to enable data synchronization across devices.

6. User-Generated Content

When you use our apps, you may create, input, or store data ("User Content"), such as text, configurations, or other outputs. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

By using the sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the synchronization service to you. We will not access, use, or share your User Content for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not monitor, endorse, or assume liability for any User Content.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any data stored through the Service (including synced data) will be preserved indefinitely.
• Defects in the Service will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from your use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IFUNAPPS COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Since the Service is provided entirely free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service, which is zero (₩0 / $0).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iFunApps Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Any User Content you create, store, or transmit through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms or conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of proceedings in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify users through a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
